The Samerhaus - a historic farmhouse in Sarnthein, steeped in history, is known as one of the oldest in the village and has been expertly restored by its new owner Benjamin Hueber in close cooperation with the Provincial Monuments Office. In the future, this jewel will not only please the local population with its new façade but also guests who will be able to get to know and appreciate it in its new purpose as a holiday domicile.

The historical Alpin Chalet Samer is a spacious and luxurious accommodation. This closes the circle: instead of the muleteers, carters and travellers of the late Middle Ages, tourists will be guests in the Samerhaus in the future, who have come to find relaxation in the picturesque landscape of the Sarentino Valley and to enjoy the magnificent mountain view.

The 63 m² apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. (For 2 persons 180 € per night, each additional person + € 30 per night. Local tax: € 1,75 per person per night).

The 120 m² apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. (For 2 persons € 280 per night, each additional person + € 30 per night. Local tax: € 1,75 per person per night).

Apartment “Chalet Samer – Fürstenblick” mit Bergblick, 2 Terrassen für 6 Personen

The 100 m² apartment consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. (For 2 persons € 250 per night, each additional person + € 30 per night. Local tax: € 1,75 per person per night).

 

Ferienhaus “Alpin Chalet Samer” mit Bergblick mit privatem Garten, für 16 Personen

Das dreistöckige Chalet (entspricht der Summe der einzelnen Apt. Berghütte & Bauernstube & Fürstenblick) besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer mit einer Schlafcouch für eine Person, einer voll ausgestatteten Küche mit Geschirrspüler, 7 Schlafzimmer und 3 Badezimmer. (Für 6 Personen € 680 pro Nacht, jede weitere Person + € 30 pro Nacht. Ortstaxe: € 1,75 pro Person und Nacht.)
