Located on the southern slope of the Buchkogel, the castle is surrounded by wild vines and is a spacious and well-maintained castle that combines elegant antique furniture, original tiled stoves and a comfortable library with a billiard table with a state-of-the-art kitchen and a TV & media room. The courtyard is surrounded by a long arcaded gallery. In the castle courtyard, guests can sunbathe and relax, enjoy snacks, teatime or aperitifs, and play with the children.

The location is ideal especially for guests interested in golf. The Golf Club Gut Murstätten is only a few kilometers away and is considered a golfer's paradise. The nature experience at the golf club is as varied as the golfing experience that awaits you on the internationally award-winning 36-hole course in the middle of idyllic southern Styria. The nearby A2 motorway connects the castle with Graz, Maribor and many other interesting excursion destinations such as the popular South Styrian Wine Route and many cultural adventures.

Guests have 4 spacious double rooms with modern ensuite bathrooms at their disposal. An additional children's room with 3 beds has a direct connecting door to the 'parents' room'.
