Luxurious estate on a historic power spot
Villa Dramac is a luxurious country estate that has been lovingly reconstructed by the owners. Steeped in history, it is a special place of power. This country estate has been rebuilt on the stones of a historic farm. Here you can experience the main house, a garden house, a pool house with an outdoor kitchen, a large infinity pool and a gym house. The property is set in the middle of 3 hectares of land with an unobstructed view to the sea, olive groves, a small vineyard and fields with a flock of sheep.
It is perfect for a luxurious family holiday and can host up top 12 people in the main house (5 double bedrooms, 1 room with 3 beds for kids) and one extra guest in the garden house. All 6 bedrooms are located on the first floor, are nicely decorated with comfortable beds, large closets and en-suite bathrooms. All rooms in the house have high ceilings and large windows to maximise light and to give a feeling of generous space. The house and garden are designed to give ample space for socializing while providing guests with the possibility to retreat to more quiet areas for relaxation and reading.
In addition, there is a housekeeper who lives in a separate house on the property and can be booked to support with cooking, cleaning and shopping.
Pool house
Through a charming stone path you reach the lower terrace of the estate, on which a large pool and pool house is located. The pool house features a full kitchen and grill and can be used to seat 12 for lunch or dinner. The pool and pool area look out on an olive grove with grazing sheep and the wide lush valley in the background.
Putting Green
On an additional terrace, just underneath the pool, is a putting green to practice golf.
Sheep herd
A herd of grazing sheep lives on the grounds and is very popular with kids.
Inner courtyard
You enter Villa Dramac via a private road and reach a paved courtyard.
Upper terrace
The Villa’s beautiful upper gardens, includes 3 terraces, which are ideal to have outside dinner or read and relax.
Roofed terrrace
The roofed terrace is a natural extension of the living room and is ideal to escape the sun.
Middle terrace
The main terrace is surrounded by lush flower beds and offers a magnificent view of the sea. It can accommodate up to 16 people.
Lower terrace
The lower terrace is slightly separated from the main complex and provides stunning views and peace and tranquility for those who wish to relax.
Gardenhouse
Next to the main house on the upper terrace is the garden house, which features an office as well as a room with single bed.
Gym house
In the fitness room there is a new rowing machine, a new electric bike, weights and an adjustable weight bench. There are several new yoga mats for practice on the veranda with a beautiful view overlooking the valley.

What was here in those days?
In former days the house was a farm mainly growing olives and wine. Over the decades the farm was abandoned: grass and bushes overgrew the land completely. In 2001, Count and Countess Meran bought the property and rebuilt it with a lot of care and attention to detail into the paradise it is today.
