28. April 2023 um 13:12The castle of the Marchesi Alfieri family, built in 1721 and situated between Alba and Asti, impresses with its neo-baroque style, the wonderful view over the vineyards to the north-east and its idyllic park.
Another special feature is the orangery, where various citrus fruits still thrive in winter.
There is also the opportunity to visit the winery with its old vaulted cellar and the 250 barrique barrels used to refine the wines.
The rooms are furnished in Italian style and breakfast can be enjoyed on the terrace when the weather is fine.
Thank you very much for the stay, I will come back!
