Nestled in a peaceful Mediterranean setting – with Lake Kaltern always in view – the Battisti Suites offer a place where you can experience tranquillity and space. No neighbours, no hustle and bustle, just peace and nature to fill your day. A refuge for anyone who values exclusivity and privacy.
The historic hunting lodge, dating back to 1605, combines centuries of history with modern luxury. Enjoy the utmost comfort in only eight spacious suites: each suite has a private sauna and a freestanding bathtub – your own personal spa area for relaxing hours together. Adults only (aged 14 and above) guarantees a particularly peaceful atmosphere.
The day starts with an exceptionally lavish deluxe brunch served until 12 noon – featuring prawns, salmon, Prosecco and many other exquisite specialities. On Mondays and Thursdays, we also treat you with a 3-course evening menu that combines Mediterranean lightness with regional sophistication.
As a family-run business, we place the highest value on personal attention and authentic hospitality. Our own winery – rooted in longstanding family tradition – produces distinctive organic wines that add a refined culinary dimension to your stay.
You can relax by the large saltwater pool or in the whirlpool – both with fantastic views of Lake Kaltern. A spacious lawn invites you to sunbathe while the Mediterranean, Italian ambiance evokes the charm of Tuscany. For added convenience and comfort, a large, enclosed private parking area is also available.

Each of the eight suites radiates its own distinctive character — some featuring a freestanding bathtub and private sauna others equipped with a modern kitchenette or wine refrigerator and some offering a balcony or loggia or even a private garden retreat on the Romantic Hill.

Twice a week (every Monday and Thursday), our master chef Simon will spoil you with culinary creations from Alpine-Mediterranean cuisine. Let our menu surprise you (not included in the price of your stay). Whether in our stylish vaulted hall or on our terrace with a direct view of the lake, dinner at our estate is something truly special!
Our tip: For stays of 7 nights or more, we invite you to a romantic dinner for two!

During your stay, you will receive the ‘South Tyrol Alto Adige Guest Pass – Mobilcard’ free of charge from us.
Public transport in the province is free of charge (bus, train, cable cars – including the Mendelbahn in Kaltern, regional train to Trento).

Book your e-bikes directly. They will be delivered to us at 6 a.m. and picked up again in the evening.
