Dragun cottage (near Schwerin) can accommodate up to 20 guests in 10 spacious bedrooms. This modern cottage with its high-end furnishings skilfully and stylishly retains the cottage's roots and complements them with modern architectural elements. For example, the elaborately crafted window mosaic across the entire gable end of the house. From here, you can enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the surrounding countryside from every room and observe wild animals that will rarely be seen otherwise. Hours of pleasure can be had in the spacious living room alone, enjoying this unique view of the natural world of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.
This unique architecture is complemented by a large outdoor pool, a hot tub and various leisure rooms (home cinema, billiards, table football). Whether you would like to book the Landhaus Dragun for private trips, club or group trips or even business events – everyone feels at home!

From the kitchen, you can directly access a covered terrace and a fenced, small garden. At the front, a large terrace leads directly to the pond. There are plenty of parking spaces here.
Next to it, there is a sauna and a Swedish hot tub, both heated with wood and located near the 32 m² pool, which provides plenty of fun for 4-6 people. The pool can be covered by a sliding door system to keep it clean and warm. When the weather is good, the pool can be used without a cover from April until autumn. You will also find sun loungers here. Next to the house, you will also find a trampoline for children.
The country house itself has a large hall with space for 21 guests and a home cinema projector. The kitchen is modern and has space for 21 guests. From there you can reach the covered terrace, where you can have breakfast or enjoy a glass of wine during the sunset by the barbecue in the evening.
On the second floor, you will find a TV room. On the third floor, there is a room with a fireplace where you can play billiards and table football, as well as a games table. There is also a balcony with garden furniture and a magnificent view.
Dragun cottage is perfect for families, group trips and company events.
There are 11 bedrooms spread over three and a half floors. You will find bathrooms and toilets on each floor, as well as small kitchenettes.
Just 12 minutes away, you will find the small town of Gadebusch, where a Swedish king with Mecklenburg roots once resided in the 16th century. Today, you will also find an excellent Swedish restaurant there (‘Zum schwedischen König’).
It takes only about 30 minutes to get to the magnificent and almost unknown Schwerin with its magnificent buildings and castle. After 40 minutes you to get to Wismar or the Baltic Sea. In an hour and 15 minutes you get to Hamburg and in two and a half hours to Berlin.
The indoor alpine ski hall in Wittenburg is well worth a visit and if you are a horse lover, the stud Redefin is about 25 minutes away.

With its unique glass façade and room concept, as well as its magnificent location on a small pond, surrounded by seemingly endless fields, this country house in Dragun has earned itself an excellent reputation.
Electricity, water and heating are charged according to actual consumption: electricity – 0.48€/kWh; oil heating 1.50€/l; water € 6.50/m³. On arrival, you will pay a deposit of €150 per day; on departure, the deposit will be offset against the additional costs.
