The Samerhaus - a historic farmhouse in Sarnthein, steeped in history, is known as one of the oldest in the village and has been expertly restored by its new owner Benjamin Hueber in close cooperation with the Provincial Monuments Office. In the future, this jewel will not only please the local population with its new façade but also guests who will be able to get to know and appreciate it in its new purpose as a holiday domicile.
The historical Alpin Chalet Samer is a spacious and luxurious accommodation. This closes the circle: instead of the muleteers, carters and travellers of the late Middle Ages, tourists will be guests in the Samerhaus in the future, who have come to find relaxation in the picturesque landscape of the Sarentino Valley and to enjoy the magnificent mountain view.

The 63 m² apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. (For 2 persons 220 Euro pro Nacht, jede weitere Person + € 30 pro Nacht. Ortstaxe: € 2,20 pro Person und Nacht.)

The 120 m² apartment includes a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. (For 2 persons € 280 per night, each additional person + € 30 per night. Local tax: € 1,75 per person per night).
Apartement "Chalet Samer - Fürstenblick" with mountain view, 2 terraces for 6 persons
The 100 m² flat includes a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. (For 2 persons € 350 per night, each additional person + € 30 per night. Local tax: € 2.20 per person per night).
Holiday chalet "Alpin Chalet Samer" with mountain view with private garden, for 16 persons
The three-floor chalet (are the individual apt. Berghütte & Bauernstube & Fürstenblick together) includes a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 7 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. (For 6 persons € 680 per night, each additional person + € 30 per night. Local tax: € 1,75 per person per night).

Arrival and departure by arrangement possible
There is no right of cancellation within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Code - however, we grant you the following cancellation conditions:
No additional cancellation fees will be charged for cancellations up to 61 days before arrival.
Cancellations within 60 to 30 days before arrival are charged at 50% of the total amount booked.
Cancellations made within 29 days before arrival will be charged at 100% of the total amount booked.
In the case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, a cancellation fee of 100% of the days booked but not used will be charged.
