On the raised ground floor, there is a spacious kitchen that invites guests to enjoy activities together, as well as a large dining room. On the lower floor, there are two cozy lounges, one on each side, and the billiards room also deserves a special mention. From the inner courtyard, guests can relax on the terrace and enjoy a beautiful view.
\nThe highlight of the manor house, however, is its 70 m\u00b2 hall, which is available to guests for celebrations of all kinds as well as for conferences and meetings. A large television is also located here.<\/p>\n
From the terrace, guests enjoy a view of the garden and spa area of the 3,600 m\u00b2 property. It features a 32 m\u00b2 outdoor pool, a Swedish hot tub that can be heated by guests themselves, as well as a sauna. The sports and leisure facilities include table football, table tennis, and\u2014last but not least\u2014an original 8-hole mini golf course built to official DMV regulations.<\/p>\n
Gutshaus Kletzin therefore offers a wide range of opportunities for celebrations, social gatherings, and shared activities, while also providing plenty of spaces for privacy and retreat.<\/p>\n
Additional costs and deposit<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n In addition to the rental price and the final cleaning fee, a security deposit of \u20ac150 per day is required. This is to be paid in cash upon arrival and will be settled upon departure against any utility consumption (electricity \u20ac0.53\/kWh, gas heating \u20ac2\/m\u00b3, water \u20ac6.50\/m\u00b3) and any potential
