The Forsthaus Gradisch was renovated according to highest standard in 2022. With a lot of sensitivity, the owners have created a contemporary atmosphere inside the winding old walls. The charm of the past can be felt everywhere, yet you don't have to miss modern conveniences.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The wonderful rooms<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

Each bedroom is equipped with a small desk and has its own bathroom with WC. There are different bed sizes and bathroom facilities:
\n- Master bedroom: 40sqm with double bed 180\u00d7210cm with bath, shower and WC
\n- Pine room: 20sqm with double bed 180\u00d7200cm or on request 2 single beds 90\u00d7200cm with shower\/WC
\n- Spruce room: 20sqm with double bed 160\u00d7200cm with bathtub\/WC
\n- Boy's room: 16sqm with 2 beds 140\u00d7190cm with shower\/WC
\n- Room on the ground floor: 20sqm with double bed 180\u00d7200cm with bathtub\/shower and WC<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

For a cosy get-together <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

The house has 3 living rooms:
\n- 50sqm Zirbenstube with a dining table for up to 12 people, 2 seating areas and tiled stove
\n- Library with lots of books, game table and TV.
\n- 25sqm TV and craft room with large 55 inch screen and a Jogltable, ideal for teenagers (as on the ground floor).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\nOur short travel times<\/strong> to the Carinthian skiing areas: Gerlitzen 20 min; Bad Kleinkirchheim 25 min; Turacherh\u00f6he 30 min and 15 min to W\u00f6rthersee and Ossiachersee. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
\nThe 50sqm large stone pine parlour with a bar and wine cooler<\/strong>, a library with a gaming table,<\/strong> a large TV room<\/strong> as well as the pool which is ecologically heated with geothermal energy,<\/strong> a small sauna, the designer kitchen and a billiard table are the highlights of this exceptional house.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The Gradisch forester's lodge is located approx. 200 metres below Gradisch Castle in a completely quiet surrounding next to a little river at the edge of the forest. 5 parking spaces
